We manufacture a big range of cutting knives for polymer granulators used in the pelletizing industry.
Due to our over 40 years experience in that production we deliver high quality products with accordance to Quality Management System ISO-9001.
Checking dimensional accurency on each step of production, keeping close tolerances with plane-parallelism of +/- 0,01 mm, and taking great care to all suggestions of our clients is our highest priority.
The knives are produced under customer's request and offered in three types of materials:
- solid steel knives
- bi-metalic knives with incorporated cutting edge of ferro-titanit
- solid ferro-titanit knives
Material used:
- stainless steels, tool and high speed steels
- ferro-titanit materials : Nikro 128 and Nikro 143
(certified steels only)
All our products are vacuum-hardened with very close tolerance to required hardness ( certified by Bodycote Co. ).
Depending on material and design of knife the hardness range is 56 – 67 HRC.
