Precision pelletizer knives and granulator knives — monolithic HSS and bimetallic Nikro 128/143 for underwater pelletizing systems. Custom-manufactured from your technical drawings.
All knives manufactured on individual orders — from technical drawings or our own design. Small and medium production runs. Material and hardening certificates available.
Stainless, tool, or high-speed steel. Standard UWP conditions, cost-optimised runs.
Ferro-Titanit® Nikro 128 or 143 cutting insert vacuum-brazed into stainless steel body. Optimal performance-to-cost ratio.
Full knife body from Ferro-Titanit® Nikro 128 or Nikro 143. Maximum wear resistance for demanding applications.
~30 vol% TiC in nickel-martensite binder. Produced exclusively by Swiss Steel Group (formerly DEW). Not available from Asian manufacturers. Nikro 128 — the standard choice, optimal toughness for PA/PP/PBT. Nikro 143 — higher Ni, lower Cr, lower corrosion resistance, but increased impact strength at elevated temperatures up to 400°C.

Rotate, zoom and inspect knife geometry. All models correspond to actual production knives — same proportions, actual dimensions noted below.
Need to verify your knife geometry? Send us a drawing or existing knife dimensions — we will confirm compatibility and quote.
General reference table for selecting the knife material grade. The final choice should be made based on the operating parameters of the installation.
